Top10 Target Markets

The project is to get input on which ONE target market TUC should be focused on First!

Diluting efforts by not focusing on a manageable target market is dangerous to the use of resources.

Currently NonProfits are the likely candidate, but even this might be too large or a target market.

CloserLook: Profiles: design and functionality (RoR1)

This is what the future looks like (CloserLook) focuses on every aspect of a subject that has importance for achieving sustainability.

This project CloserLook of profiles related to TUC and oiApp is to make certain that users understand and engage in the the design and functionality of the PROFILES. The main Goal is to design them to be more dynamic and more useable than the traditional profiles in other Social Networking Apps.

CloserLook: international Employee owned company

This project is to get feedback on TUC being an ESOP

ESOP’s have the potential to broadly impact wealth and income inequality in a positive way, according to research published by Jared Bernstein, Vice President Joe Biden’s former chief economist and Senior Fellow at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities. “I particularly have little doubt that a more widely shared distribution of firm ownership and business capital through ESOPs would further reduce wealth inequality,” Bernstein writes. (See Openitem below for more from Jared)

First: what it means to be an employee owned company from the start of launching TUC.

Secondly if TUC is registering in The USA, is an employee owned company possible with many employees not being American citizens?

Oiapp: building the Corperate Stucture

This project is to build the basic corperate structure for the eventual launch of this company as a formal entity. This will initially consist of organizing departments that will contribute to the overall mission and goals of our Online Community. If you feel you are in line with our vision and would like to be a part of our corperate team, please do not hesitate to let us know.

To be clear, this project is forward thinking and includes marks such as ! , ? and + to indicate whether an individual or idea has been confirmed (!) or is still in question (?) and (+) marks indicating additional roles possibly being added later.

The departments we aim to initially develop are Marketing, Finance, Quality Managment and Comliance, Operations, Human Resources, Legal, and Managment. In most cases these departments will be overseen by a team of members that are task oriented which is intended to decentralize the power and responsibility to insure the highest level of work without depending on one individual.
