EIDU’s mission is aligned with ours and a partnership could propel both parties forward the execution of our individuals goals and objectives.:
EIDU States clearly they are A Place For Growth. We want EIDU to be a place for growth, supporting people to make the best out of their talents.
Employing agile principles on all levels, our organizational culture empowers people to act and make decisions autonomously in their domains. Simple and effective processes remove obstacles that hinder people from getting their jobs done, as well as involve them in shaping the organization.
Their declaration that: “We are looking for outstanding talents in application development, marketing & PR, data science, machine learning, early childhood research, and in designing innovative learning activities.” Clarifies that partnering with our platform give them access to many of the needs they are stating.
EIDU, with employees from 10 different countries it is clear that not only can we fill some of their needs they can be a entry point for various comanuities that our online community may nope have immediate access to.
Their final statement that: “If you feel strong resonance with our mission and think you can make a significant contribution, please send an email with what you would like us to know to join@eidu.com. We look forward to hearing from you and working together on an exciting chance to make a global change.” Addressing their mission drive business model and polling resources for an exciting chance to make a global change, is spot on with regards to who we are trying to partner with. Next step makes sense to request a second meeting to learn more about integrating their products into our platform along with meeting the students of Jijenge to determine their bandwidth and interest in engaging in early stages of a tech startup. By utilizing their skills and experience into the early stages of building our community. It will also help us with research and testing while developing our culture of fostering opportunities.
Both organizations seem like a win win for everyone and possibly self executed with the assistance of the students and programming staff.

Wouldn’t it be interesting to have an self sustaining online entrepreneurial program which not only funds itself, teaching the students about debt,…… it can also teach practical organizational skills having it set up as a business.
Besides giving members practice skills in business management it can expose them to Products and services can be focused on addressing sustainability from the start. It can expose members to subjects such as product design process and product safety, which are details that many are not always aware of.
First step is the most important and might focus on developing the business. The first class of Entrepreneurs could chose names, Corperate structures, roles and responsibilities, team member titles, BOD and advisors, develop financial systems such as budgets, revenue streams, sales channels, ………..
I would like to propose helping set up a Puppet Parade Program at Gallaudet. This program would have many benefits to students teachers staff and surrounding community.
This program is designed to give the students another avenue for expressing them selves with visual and performance art as well as many other particle skills. Some of the many particle skills are product and event design, production, project management, mechanical and electrical engineering, networking,……
Each project could be a collaboration between departments, all adding their expertise and color. Visual art and Performance art are two avenues of expression that your students likely have a strong need for in these difficult times our society is facing. Increasing the opportunity to solidarity and inclusion internally would be a great example to the outside community and put a brighter light on our society as a whole.
