Ouishare connects people and accelerates projects for systemic change. We question and experiment with social models based on collaboration, openness, and fairness.

We proudly have 60+ Connectors in 20 cities, organized + 300 events including 10 international conferences and published 9 research studies since 2012.

“YOU CAN’T MANAGE WHAT YOU DON’T MEASURE”

This project is to bring all aspects of WhoWeAre into on location. This will eventually be the primary project with many sub projects inside it.

One’s internal belief is the likelihood that they will be successful when engaging in leadership. Leadership efficacy is a specific form of efficacyassociated with the level of confidence in the knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with leading others. It can thus be clearly differentiated from confidence in the knowledge, skills, and abilities one holds associated with other social roles such as a teacher ( i.e. , teacher efficacy) or statesman ( i.e. , political efficacy) ( Bandura, 1997 ; Hannah, Avolio, Luthans, & Harms, 2008 , p.1).

Therefore the purpose of this project is to empower the youth to move out of their shells ,be optimistic ,believe in themselves that they can be great in leading in that there is no much big deal when being a leader the HEART of those he or she is leading ,all he or she needs to do is to know how to play the cards well and the end product will be fruitfull.

This project is to begin organizing open art projects that simply want to be done.

These projects are intended to be separate and do not necessarily need to overlap.

This Project is for brainstorming potential plugins, discuss their purpose and plan their activation.
